Summary

After the death of her beloved father, Sarah's world crumbles. She's set to embark on her Rumspringa, sent off to stay with her aunt and uncle by her emotionally cold mother against her wishes. Her cousin, Eva, is into everything Englisch, including boys, and is rebellious toward her faith.  As Sarah misses Joshua, the boy she left behind and mourns her father, she finds herself falling for a charming Englisch boy, Conner. Sarah's emotions and thoughts flit from Joshua to Conner as her faith is tested and deep-rooted beliefs are questioned. Conflicted, Sarah prays for guidance. Should she return home to Joshua and the mother she has never been close to or stay here with Conner and her family? Only God has the very unexpected and surprising answer.
