Summary

In a vacuum-tubed, retro future where the 1940s live on and Einstein never lived, Bucky Jupiter of the Space Patrol prowls the asteroid belt in his aether-powered ramjet, battling scurvy space pirates and any other ne'er-do-wells who dare to make life hard for the average citizen of the spaceways.    In this episode, Bucky Jupiter locks horns with a mad scientist conducting research into the origins of life.   Note: This is a short story, not a novel.
