Summary

Late one night the arrival of a mysterious visitor made Lea run for her life and away from everything she knew, leaving her mother behind. Lost and bereft after the loss of her mother, a person for whom she carries great devotion, she fights to maintain a life that serves what she felt her mother would have wanted for her. She thought she was living a clear and solid life despite all that she left behind, but now fear has come back into her life through a stranger who shows up at her cafe, bringing her worst nightmare back into her life. Will she survive what comes? Or will she pay for trying to leave it all behind?
