Summary

Joseph Jaworski, the son of famed Watergate special prosecutor Leon Jaworski, uses his own experiences and the latest studies to create a new concept of leadership. Instead of focusing on numbers, reports, and other inanimate objects, Jaworski encourages leaders and managers to look at the world primarily through relationships.
