The Wrath of Angels: Book 1 (1914)

Summary

War is coming, and Ed Brant follows his brothers into the army. While he is in training and his eldest brother is in France, the archduke is assassinated, and the Irish Republican brotherhood plot to kill the king. It's a race against time to halt the German invasion and to foil a plot that could have Britain fighting a war on two fronts and set Ireland free.
