To Love a Centaur

Summary

It was a normal ride down an innocuous forest path that promised to be a fun little adventure for Allyssa and her steed. She didn't think that anything dangerous would come up and cause her horse to break his leg. She also didn't think that she'd ever run into a centaur, a legendary half-man, half-horse creature that were fabled enemies of her people. What does this myth turned reality want with Allyssa? Will ancient hatred cause his blood to boil and make him lash out against her? Or, will he show the kindness that she and her injured steed most desperately need?
