Valentine's Kiss

Summary

Minnesota cold. A midwinter bicycle race brings hometown enthusiasts into contact with serious-minded gamblers. When suspicions circulate about the race being fixed, it infects all of Woodland Park.  The Valentine's Day Kiss turns out to be more than tossing out chocolate candy. Sudden death leads to a puzzling execution of justice.
