Summary

A smoking, grounded, Russian nuclear submarine in United States waters; a Russian Spetsnaz team firing bullets and grenades into Washington state commuters; a renegade band of Russian military eager to avenge their cold war “defeat” and the US government doesn’t know the worst of it. With bureaucracy tripping over its own red tape, and the lives of millions hanging in the balance, the President calls on Stony Man to deliver the knock-out blow.  Able Team, Phoenix Force, and Stony Man race history and time as they unravel a threat to reignite the cold war and make breathing in Seattle a deadly choice.
