Summary

Take a peek into the life of the world's richest man - a man named Suexliegh (pronounced "Swoo-Lee-Ay"). One year, Suexliegh is too busy throwing himself an elaborate birthday party to bother with paying his taxes, which, due to the massive drop in currency, spirals the world into total financial collapse. Though this trillionaire playboy has traveled all over the globe there is still one place he has never been: prison.
