Summary

This book chronicles the life of Denise Jones - a journey from poverty, incest, drug addiction, and incarceration to sobriety, spiritual redemption, and inner peace. Deep insecurities and inferiority fueled my drug addiction and role confusion, tormenting me for many years. I often wondered if I was a boy or a girl. Who am I? What am I? Why am I?  At age 26, Denise met the Lord Jesus Christ who gave her a second chance and rewrote her destiny. Upon changing her lifestyle and connecting with positive people, Denise overcame the adversities controlling her life.
