Summary

This tells the story of different individuals caught up in a fine net of coincidence, love, and how they go against themselves unknowingly. Culminating in a series of events that would eventually change the entire course of their lives.  When young Detective Alexis Dinner stubbles on a piece of evidence. Little did she know she'll be unravelling a mystery bigger than she ever anticipated. Alexis trails the tail of an happenstance piece of evidence, and it leads her to the devil's lair itself. Cian McCarthy wants to get in on deep action in one of New York's biggest underground trades. Fate has other plans for him as he finds himself in a Ménage à trois with danger and a woman who seems to be someone else.  The story takes us through the life of a young black woman striving against a system that is cast against her. And how she went up against members of organized crime.
