Summary

On a cold February night, private Detective Richard Hankins is thrust into a world of mystery, suspense and murder when a lady in red unexpectedly bursts through his office door. Hot on the trail of the Lamplight Slasher, a serial killer who has evaded the authorities for years and who is responsible for the murder of his young son, Richard soon finds things aren't what they seem.
