The Recluse

Summary

The Recluse follows two journalists John Mason and Tom Gordan pursuing a former celebrity Mary Celeste. As her career was beginning to blossom, she suffered a terrible tragedy that forced her to go into hiding. Thirty years later, she is ready to tell her story.  Upon meeting her, all seems well, and the story is a hit - that is, until John begins being stalked by something relentless and seemingly unstoppable. He finds himself in a similar situation to the reclusive star. Shut off from the rest of the world, he is forced to deal with his own demons, coming to terms with his own past in the process.
