The winds of change have shifted... Erin (vampire, fallen angel), long-time best friend of Brian (superhuman), returns to Millersburg, PA, to warn him that the Vampire Noble Council has decided to eliminate his three beautiful angels, daughters Brittany, Sierra, and Taylor, who have inherited their father’s superhuman abilities. Brian was once a protectorate of the Noble Council who carried out the rulings of the Council levied upon the vampire nation. Brittany, who attends college in Ohio, is reunited with her younger sisters, Sierra and Taylor, in Pennsylvania, only to be separated from them once more. Fortunately, each of Brian’s angels is paired with one of Brian’s fallen angels, Autumn, Monique, and Erin - vampires well versed in the art of self-defense. Brian is reunited with Lindsey, his protectorate partner of the Vampire Noble Council, who he saved from Tabitha, Brian’s archenemy. Tabitha, a member of the Noble Council, wants nothing more than to see Brian and his angels destroyed as they now have the power to eliminate the entire Vampire Nation. In the last stand, an epic battle ensues between the Vampire Noble Council and the Great Fourteen and there is a shocker when the mother of Brian’s angels is revealed. Taylor, the youngest angel, has a request of her father, but her question and his answer will just have to wait until the next novella.

In this novella, Taylor’s question is answered from the first novella, My Angels, My Fallen Angels: Our Destiny Awaits, and provides for the journeys of each angel (Brittany, Sierra, and Taylor) and fallen angel (Monique, Autumn and Erin), leading up to the last stand from the first novella. Brittany and Monique fly to Puerto Rico to train at Monique’s palace. In Puerto Rico, Brittany meets three other vampires that assist in her becoming a fully operational superhuman. Brittany meets a famous general from the 1800’s and becomes a scholar. Sierra and Autumn fly to the Netherlands to train at Autumn’s manor. In the Netherlands, Sierra is trained on the fine art of battle where it is discovered she has a unique survival sense. When her life is in jeopardy, she gets an adrenaline rush to assist her in defeating an opponent. Sierra becomes an assassin. Taylor and Erin travel to various parts of the world to enhance Taylor’s superhuman strengths and a select few vampires are enlisted to assist with Taylor’s training. Taylor also discovers she has a unique survival sense, like that of Sierra. Taylor becomes an antique professional and ruffian. Brian and Lindsey extinguish the main vampire covenants throughout South America, Africa, and Europe in order to draw out the Nobel Council. They discover that the Noble Council created Black Knights, hideous vampire creatures, to destroy them as well. Present day, Brian answers Taylor’s question and Brian becomes ill. Brian calls Monique for answers to his illness; however, his phone goes dead. The third and final novella will provide for Brian’s illness and a final confrontation that will determine the destiny of Brian’s family and the Vampire Nation.

Based on real events perpetrated by real people, Who Murdered Mary? is a gripping tale of shortsighted decisions, heartless animal cruelty, and needless murder of an innocent circus elephant that was aided and abetted by mob rule and officials of a prosperous railroad. The tale unfolded during three tumultuous days in September 1916 in the peaceful but ill-fated towns of Kingsport, Johnson City, and Erwin, Tennessee. The owner and publicist of the circus for whom Mary toiled with uncanny, crowd-pleasing talent? The fearful citizens of Erwin who became vigilantes and demanded her death? The Mayors of Johnson City and Erwin who caved in to a mob? Officials of The Clinchfield Railroad? The Progressive Era? Our contemporary attitudes toward animal cruelty? Did all of them contribute to this grisly spectacle that refuses to go away?
