Summary

If you loved The Wolfe, Rise of the Defender, and The Dark One: Dark Knight, welcome to the original Le Veque epic medieval saga of The Red Fury. England and Scotland collide in this blockbuster tale of revenge, betrayal, hope, and passion. AD 1233. A young woman forced to command her father’s battered Highlander army upon his death. Her only hope in saving her home, and her life, is with a fearsome mercenary called The Red Fury. Elisabel de Carron is a young woman with a massive legacy weighing on her slender shoulders. As heiress to the Earldom of Ayr, she is a cousin to the king through her mother, and the king considers her a most valuable bargaining tool in the politics of Scotland. But Elisabel isn’t a willing pawn for the king - she’s concerned only with saving her family home, Castle Torridon, from the repeated attacks of a former ally. After a particularly nasty siege, Elisabel realizes that they cannot withstand another, and she is forced to summon the most feared mercenary in Scotland, a man known as The Red Fury. Andrew d’Vant is a paradox - an English knight, he escaped his wicked brother years ago and fled to the highlands of Scotland, forming one of the most ragtag and fiercest mercenary armies the world has ever seen. He has become very rich by fighting - and winning - other men’s battles. Summoned by Elisabel, Andrew’s price is too high for the beaten castle, but his instant attraction to Elisabel has him accepting the task for far less than his usual fee. There’s something about the strong, battered, and beautiful woman that draws him in. But The Red Fury gets more than he bargained for. A simple task of defending a castle becomes an enormous and complex tale of adventure, suspicion, royal intervention, and dark family secrets. When Elisabel is thrust into the king’s politics in spite of her resistance, she finds herself pledged to none other than Andrew’s wicked brother. Now, Josephine finds herself at the heart of the Kingdom of Scotland and deeply in love with Andrew, and he with her. Andrew must join with former adversaries in order to save the woman he loves from the man who ruined his life. The Red Fury is in for the fight of his life, with the prize being Josephine.

Summary

Rhydian Griffiths is the leader of Clan Snowridge in the North of Wales. Not only does he lead his clan, but he also takes care of an orphaned boy on his own. The deadline for any remaining family to collect him expires and Rhydian decides to adopt the boy himself. However, hours later, a human female shows up at his clan's gate, claiming she's the boy's aunt. While he'd usually admire her fire and determination, his dragon says he wants the human, but Rhydian must resist. The last thing he needs is a human living in his clan.  Delaney Murphy spent the last three months jumping through hoops to prove she was Rian's aunt. When she finally finds the blasted Welsh clan hidden in the mountains, she's told the deadline expired. Even though they try to scare her by tossing her in a prison cell, the action only makes her more determined. After all, Rian is her only family. Provided she can ignore how the serious dragon clan leader looks at her long enough to come up with a plan, she'll be able to raise her nephew as her own.  As Rhydian tries to ignore the female, a threat reminds him of why any human inside Snowridge could be in danger. He has to work together with Delaney to ensure not only her safety, but Rian's as well. Of course, it might mean giving up the family he's secretly always wanted but long denied.

Summary

It's 1208 A.D. - Sir Cullen de Nerra is a knight's knight. The son of the Sheriff of Hampshire, Val de Nerra (Vestiges of Valor), Cullen has been heavily involved in the politics of William Marshal for many years, but never more involved than when the Marshal gifts his services to a powerful, but unpredictable, warlord, Preston de Lacy. De Lacy is a rich man with too much time on his hands and a great hatred for King John. Cullen’s task is to keep watch on de Lacy and pass information to William Marshal on his movements and actions. It is suspected that he is behind a renewed resurgence of rebellion against the king and William Marshal must stay one step ahead of him. Cullen is very good at keeping in eye on de Lacy until a new distraction enters the picture - Lady Teodora “Teddy” de Rivington. Teddy had been betrothed to Preston’s nephew until the lad got himself killed. Now, as a matter of gaining the de Rivington fortune, Preston assumes the betrothal and marries Teddy. With Teddy’s father greatly loyal to King John, Preston is only concerned with using his new wife against her father, but Teddy’s father is pleased for the same reason - using his daughter to gain information on the king’s enemies. The situation is complicated enough when a new facet arises - Cullen’s growing feelings for Teddy. The woman is caught in a deadly game of politics and Preston refuses to have anything to do with his wife, leaving Cullen as her only source of comfort. What starts off as a polite acquaintance quickly grows into something far more passionate. As a lonely knight and a lonely lady are drawn together by circumstances beyond their control, the situation explodes. When Cullen prevents King John from abducting Teddy to punish de Lacy, he is declared a fugitive from the law and Teddy is told that he was killed whilst fleeing the prince. Believing he is dead, she also discovers she is pregnant with his child, making the situation far more complicated because her own husband has never bedded her. It’s a race against time for Cullen to return to the woman he loves and save her from the king, her father, and her own husband. In the beginning of their love affair, he promised to always love her, to always protect her, and to always be faithful to her. He intends to fulfill that promise...or die trying.

He was finally caught in an illegal scandal and sent to prison, and now the dragon-shifter clan in the south of England is ready for a new leader. And so the trials begin.... Asher King had been locked away under the former clan leader for speaking out against his cruelty. Now free, he wants to win the leadership and lead his clan to a better future. However, being the nephew of the old leader isn't easy, and if that wasn't enough to overcome, he's still recovering from the torture he endured while imprisoned. Not everyone approves of a female candidate, but that doesn't faze her. The old clan leader killed her parents and in order to fully heal, she wants to bring the clan together and implement her plans to bring them into the 21st century. What she didn't count on was running into Asher King, the male she loved over a decade ago, before she'd been sent to stay with relatives in America for her safety.  It doesn't take long for Asher and Honoria to give in to their attraction, but from it springs an idea that may be the best of all. Can they win the leadership trials and keep their clan together? Or will one of the other candidates win and try to keep Skyhunter in the past?

She’s more than ready to tell the dragons everything. When one tall, quiet Protector makes a deal - she endures his physical therapy, and he’ll help track down her brother’s killers - Ivy has no choice but to agree. Slowly, her idea of dragon-shifters changes, especially around one certain dragonman. As two former enemies morph into something more, the Dragon Knights find out about Ivy's location and offer a reward for her death or capture. Will Stonefire be forced to give her up to protect their clan? Or, will Zain and Ivy be able to find a path where they can defeat the Knights and be together?

Summary

In this novella set in 1924 London, ex-boxer Harry Stubbs is on the trail of a mysterious legacy. A polar explorer has died, leaving huge debts and hints of a priceless find. His informants seem to be talking in riddles, and Harry soon finds he isn't the only one on the trail - and what he's looking for is as lethal as it is valuable. The key to the enigma lies in an ancient Arabian book and it leads to something stranger and more horrifying than Harry could ever imagine. Harry may not be an educated man, but he has an open mind, the bulldog persistence and fists like pile drivers - useful assets when you're boxing the darkest of shadows. The story of mystery and horror draws on H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos and is inspired by Ernest Shackleton's incredible real-life adventures.
