Shadows of Death

Summary

The gods and ancient evils plan and plot against each other. Shoji Kokei, the Oni Warlord, has destroyed Yamigata. He has sent a dire message to the Emperor by the only survivor of the massacre, General Yasuo Abe. Rumors are spreading of an unstoppable army that is possessed by demons. How can the five elite Samurai known as the Emperor's Blades possibly stop this ambitious and tyrannical warlord from shattering the fragile peace that currently blesses the land. Only the mystical sages of Sage Island will have the answer. That is, only if they choose to help.
