Summary
The Red, Hot, and Blue was already crowded when the Georgetown posse arrived. People were all over the dance floor doing the Down and Dirty, Country Slide, Achy-Breaky, and other line dances this posse was unaccustomed to, but Chuck was truly in his element. Before they were even seated, Chuck was on the dance floor, stepping in a line dance with the best of them. For a big, tall man, he was surprisingly light on his feet with well-coordinated dance moves. He didn’t miss a beat. He looked right at home in the crowd, and the women were on his trail. David and Bill got up to try some of the steps in the line dance, but when the women started pressing Bill, he pulled Vivian onto the dance floor as his dance partner. Vivian didn’t protest. Bill looked too good in that leather outfit, and both men and women were watching him move. In less than an hour, all of the housemates were dancing to the upbeat Western tunes as if they had been born listening to them all of their lives. Even Angelique and Miguel had the steps down pat. They were all yelping and calling with every step.
