Summary

There are 13 ancient history books that are mentioned and recommended by the Bible. The Ancient Book of Jasher is the only one of the 13 that still exists. It is referenced in Joshua 10:13; 2 Samuel 1:18; and 2 Timothy 3:8. Ancient Law of Kings
Summary
According to 1 Samuel 10:25, the prophet Samuel wrote down the parts of the Law of Moses that pertain only to the king of Israel, explaining them thoroughly. He then placed the scroll in the tabernacle. This was preserved and handed down through the centuries. This text, known as the Law of Kings, explained the king's role in the government of ancient Israel. It also explained in great detail the court systems Israel had: one for the Jews and one for the Gentiles. Gentile Law, also called Noahide Law, is explained as originating with Adam in the pre-flood world and being revived by Noah after the flood. Noahide Law is found in many ancient manuscripts including the Talmud and Dead Sea Scrolls. This means it was the official doctrine of the Sadducees, Pharisees, and the Essenes. Today, all major groups (Orthodox Jews, Messianic Jews, and Christians) believe Noahide Law is still applicable to Gentiles. The Hebrew Roots Movement rejects the concept of Noahide Law and therefore misunderstands the role of the Mosaic Law for Christians. Demonic Gospels: The Truth About the Gnostic Gospels

Ancient Origins of the Hebrew Roots Movement
Summary
Genesis 9 teaches that God gave moral law to all nations after the Flood. This is called Noahide Law. The apostle Paul taught that the Law of Moses, given at Mount Sinai, was added to Noahide Law to create a government structure for ancient Israel. Gentile nations were never under this Mosaic Covenant, and the Mosaic Covenant was set aside for the Jewish believers in Messiah at Jesus’ first coming. This is taught by Protestant, Roman Catholic, and Eastern Orthodox denominations, as well as most cults. Noahide Law is taught by the ancient church fathers, the Talmud, the Dead Sea Scrolls, and many other very ancient manuscripts. It was the doctrine of the Pharisees, Sadducees, and the Essenes.
