Poker taught me to look for the long game, staying focused and positive, no matter how dismal things might be in the short term. Patience, focus, determination in the face of possible disaster is also what my style of real estate looks like. But the rewards are immense. Just like in life, the winner is always the man/woman whose wins are greater than his/her losses. What you learn from poker can transcend to different parts of life. I was able to apply it to the wholesale real estate world. In The Winning Hand, I will share my secrets, tips, and advice on how to turn your luck around no matter how the cards are dealt.
