Say this affirmation multiple times: “I can approach anyone, anytime, anywhere.” Say it with enthusiasm. When you repeat a self-suggestion enough times, then you condition your mind to believe it; then it will become your reality. It’s time to let go of beta male conditioning and recondition your mind, starting now.
