Summary

My knowledge of medicine is sketchy and my knowledge of alternative medicine is bordering on skeletal. Like many people, I necessarily take maintenance drugs for conditions such as high blood pressure. Naturally, as I age, I am discovering a myriad of annoyance maladies that might be satisfactorily treated with alternative medicines. A guide assisting me in sorting this out would prove invaluable. I am equipped with a built-in resistance to taking pills. A guide to alternative methods of easing mild arthritis, menopause symptoms, stress headaches, mild depression and the like would provide relief AND assuage my aversion to standard prescriptions.
