Do you want to learn how to stop and break free from overthinking turning your negative thinking into positive? Do you want to overcome and control your thoughts, prevent depression, anxiety, and improve your life? If yes, then keep listening.… Can you remember any one time when you kept thinking about something for a long time that you fell captive of it, not being able to stand up and take action to stop it? You kept thinking deeper and deeper not with the view to create a working solution to the issue but just to keep unraveling more and more details? The result of it was probably you ended up realizing how huge your predicament was or can get and you felt you could not do anything to help yourself out. This can also be called rumination. It is like keeping chewing at something without really digesting it. Then it ends up leaving you with worry and fear. This describes the overthinking disorder. Overthinking can also have an aspect of perfectionism. You want things to be seated in a specific order in order to fit into the shape you desire. This never happens in most cases in life. When you feel you are not going to get exactly what you want with fine details as you perceive, then you get into a state of wonder as to why you never really get things right or as desired. With the feeling of helplessness, you start to think wishes that maybe something might just happen somehow to satisfy your need, yet you stay unclear what that something will be. Overthinking is mentally shattering and disarming. You come to a point in life where you cannot stop your brain from what it is constantly thinking. Such instances may include anxiety from separation or social anxiety, phobia, trauma, etc. Social anxiety is a type of excessive fear that one develops about themselves as a result of self-doubt, of a feeling of incompetence or inadequacy. When you keep a high mental awareness of what might befall you in the future or forthcoming situation for your weaknesses or unpreparedness then you might not let yourself to think how to avoid it, but rather stay prepared to experience it until it eventually happens. You end up fearing your fears and the cycle is endless. People experience overthinking in different ways. But those who come to recognize that they are overthinking often realize that they become unable to take charge of their lives because they cannot control their negative feelings and emotions. They also develop stringent rules or patterns of thought that enclose them in a box. They cannot freely or dynamically socialize or enjoy hobbies and they cannot also be productive at what they do. Worse still, the knowledge that they are not managing their own minds and emotion is disturbing and moves the whole process and effect to the next worse level. This book gives a comprehensive guide on the following: Overthinking disorder explained Overthinking symptoms How to self-medicate Overanalyzing everything Overthinking causes Control your thoughts Assess the situation Write all them down Dealing with procrastination Symptoms and what to do in practice Active problem solving defined How to do it practically

Do you want to learn how to overcome and prevent anxiety, social anxiety disorder, depression, stress, emotional trauma and negative thinking? If yes, then keep listening.… Some of the manifestations of anxiety — such as palpitations, excessive sweating, and chronic fatigue — may be symptoms of physical illness. Therefore, for starters, you should consult a doctor to exclude this possibility. In such cases, you are most likely to be prescribed an examination of the heart and thyroid gland, and it is also possible that the doctor will send you to check the state of the vessels of the brain. If, during the examination, it turns out that some disease is the cause of your anxiety, it is important, without delay, to undergo an adequate course of treatment prescribed by your doctor. First of all, you need to regain physical health. However, in the process of recovery, you can use many of the techniques described in this book in order to improve your emotional state, alleviate manifestations of anxiety, and create the right psychological attitude for recovery. If, after the examination, the doctor came to the conclusion that your anxiety state is psychogenic - that is, it is caused by psychological rather than physical causes, you have a several choices how you want to correct your situation. The first way is you can visit a psychotherapist for help. Most likely, you will be assigned a certain combination of drug and non-drug treatment. Drug treatment means taking medications that reduce anxiety and stabilize the emotional level, if necessary. The non-drug approach usually means colloquial therapy - you will be scheduled for regular meetings, during which the doctor will discuss with you the mechanisms of your anxiety symptoms and give advice on controlling your psycho-emotional state. In addition, you can be assigned physiotherapy and recommended some lifestyle changes - healthy sleep, physical activity, and more. It is important that you understand: going to a therapist does not mean taking drugs alone - there is no drug that can solve the anxiety problem without any effort on your part. Medicines are designed to alleviate your condition and make possible the internal work on yourself that you have to do if you are seriously determined to change something in yourself in the long term. The second way is non-drug psycho-correction. If you do not like or do not want to take drugs, you can seek help from a psychologist or psychotherapist who works with non-drug methods. Most likely, you will also be scheduled for regular meetings, during which you can recognize the causes of your symptoms and learn to control them. The duration of such a course of psycho-correction depends on the depth of the problem and can range from several weeks to several months of regular work. The effectiveness of this approach is much related to the degree of trust that will arise between you and your consultant, so be careful about choosing a specialist. Find someone you can trust. To do this, ask what experience this specialist has in solving problems like yours and ask his former clients. And the third way that you always have is self-help. In the end, you yourself drove yourself into the state in which you are, through the sequence of your choices, and who, if not yourself, will now have to pull yourself out of there. In this book you will find comprehensive information on how to do it yourself, without the help of doctors and psychologists. This guide contains seven-week proven cognitive behavioral therapy exercises to overcome and prevent anxiety and social anxiety disorder, depression, stress, emotional trauma, and negative thinking, and more!
