
Bedtime Stories for Grown-Ups contains five relaxing sleep stories made especially for adults who find it hard to fall asleep at night. I have had a sleep disorder since I was a little kid and I have been listening to short stories each night for the past year. Those white noise audio tapes and nature sounds don't really work that great but short stories actually work very well if the stories are written for the sole aim of putting someone to sleep. This is why we have written our own bedtime stories for stressed adults as we know exactly what helps in getting you to fall asleep.
