A sexy new brother's best friend romance from New York Times best-selling author Kendall Ryan. There are a few things you should know about my brothers roommate. Wolfie Cox is...complicated. And incredibly sexy. Unfortunately, he has an impressive stick lodged so far up his ass, hes about as emotionally available as a chinchilla. Actually, that might be an insult to the chinchilla community. So, naturally, I want to ride him like a bicycle. He thinks I hate him. Mostly because Ive led him to believe this. Its easier than admitting the truth. And while Wolfie is about as soft and cuddly as a fork, Im the opposite. A good girl. Reliable. Conscientious. Oh, and completely panicked about an upcoming work conference. Wolfies usually allergic to altruism, so when my brother convinces him to help me out by escorting me to said conference where everyone else will have a plus-one...I say thanks, but no thanks. Surprisingly, Wolfie is unflinching about this. And thats the story about how I got stuck in a hotel room with my brothers hot (grouchy) roommate. Thank you for coming to my TED talk. In all seriousness, this isnt a game to me, and hormones aside, I need to impress my boss this week so the promotion Ive worked hard for doesnt get handed to his worthless nephew. But with Wolfie and me sharing a hotel bed, things get confusing quickly. This is book two in the Frisky Business series, but each book can be listened to as a complete stand-alone.

Gold Dust Woman gives "the gold standard of rock biographers" (the Boston Globe) his ideal topic: Nicks' work and life are equally sexy and interesting, and Davis delves deeply into each, unearthing fresh details from new, intimate interviews and interpreting them to present a rich new portrait of the star. Just as Nicks (and Lindsay Buckingham) gave Fleetwood Mac the "shot of adrenaline" they needed to become real rock stars - according to Christine McVie - Gold Dust Woman is vibrant with stories and with a life lived large and hard: How Nicks and Buckingham were asked to join Fleetwood Mac and how they turned the band into stars The affairs that informed Nicks' greatest songs Her relationships with the Eagles' Don Henley and Joe Walsh, and with Fleetwood himself Why Nicks married her best friend's widower Her dependency on cocaine, drinking, and pot, but how it was a decade-long addiction to Klonopin that almost killed her Nicks' successful solo career that has her still performing in venues like Madison Square Garden The cult of Nicks and its extension to chart-toppers like Taylor Swift and the Dixie Chicks

The citizens of Azurvale are starting to feel the pressure. War with the Empire to the south is imminent, and there's talk of the city's adventurers being drafted into the campaign. Though this conflict seems inevitable and promises to be horrific, the common folk can do little but act like there's nothing wrong. Rather than lose sleep over something so wildly out of their control, they instead worry about tiny, personal, inconsequential issues. Things like, "Will the butcher have fresh steak today?" and, "Should I get those new boots now, or wait and see if they go on sale?" However, though they try to maintain some modicum of normalcy, the people of Azurvale have yet to find out that their capital is already under threat. Not by some warmongering nation, but by a certain individual that has come to them seeking asylum, knowledge, profit, and power through any means necessary. As this newcomer burrows into the city's underbelly like a voracious tick, it cares not for the people it hurts along the way. Indeed, any soul unfortunate enough to cross paths with Boxxy T. Morningwood seems doomed to have their life ruined in one way or another. Often through no fault of their own. Whether it's an ancient being, a skilled assassin, a godlike archer, or a fresh-faced recruit, none shall be spared from the whims of chaos. Being a man or a woman in your early 60s is different than it was a generation or two ago, at least for the more fortunate of us. We aren't old...yet. But we sense it coming: Careers are winding down, kids are gone, parents are dying (friends, too), and our bodies are no longer youthful or even middle-aged. Learning to play tennis in your 50s is no small feat, but becoming a serious, competitive tennis player at the age of 60 is a whole other matter. It requires training the body to defy age and to methodically build one's game - the strokework, footwork, strategy, and mental toughness. Gerald Marzorati started playing the game seriously in his mid-50s. He had the strong desire to lead an examined physical life, to push his body into the "encore" of middle age. In Late to the Ball, Marzorati writes vividly about the difficulties, frustrations, and triumphs of his becoming a seriously good tennis player. He takes on his quest with complete vigor and absolute determination to see it through, providing a rich, vicarious experience involving the science of aging, his existential battle with time, and the beautiful, mysterious game of tennis.

A thrilling debut about how far well go to protect our families - and our deepest secrets. My husband asked me to lie. Not a big lie. He probably didnt even consider it a lie, and neither did I, at first.... In rural Virginia, Young and Pak Yoo run an experimental medical treatment device known as the Miracle Submarine - a pressurized oxygen chamber that patients enter for therapeutic "dives" with the hopes of curing issues like autism or infertility. But when the Miracle Submarine mysteriously explodes, killing two people, a dramatic murder trial upends the Yoos small community. Who or what caused the explosion? Was it the mother of one of the patients, who claimed to be sick that day but was smoking down by the creek? Or was it Young and Pak themselves, hoping to cash in on a big insurance payment and send their daughter to college? The ensuing trial uncovers unimaginable secrets from that night - trysts in the woods, mysterious notes, child-abuse charges - as well as tense rivalries and alliances among a group of people driven to extraordinary degrees of desperation and sacrifice. Angie Kims Miracle Creek is a thoroughly contemporary take on the courtroom drama, drawing on the authors own life as a Korean immigrant, former trial lawyer, and mother of a real-life "submarine" patient. Both a compelling pause-resister and an excavation of identity and the desire for connection, Miracle Creek is a brilliant, empathetic debut from an exciting new voice.

After conquering all of Hesse, creating a devilish new dungeon, and establishing himself as the villain that everyone loves to hate, Lucas decides to continue his quest to create new content by taking over as a dungeon master on the mainland. Unlike the dominant force on the island he left behind, however, the once-mighty Imperium only controls a single capital city in a rapidly shrinking territory, leaving a group of scheming nobles to bicker among themselves and fight over scraps of land. Seen as an upstart and rabble-rouser, Lucas is instantly shunned and must struggle to find somewhere to begin building his new base. Now, after declaring himself the enemy of every man in the city, and with every player in the region hunting his head to claim the bounty placed there, Lucas has to decide which allies he can trust as he fights to stay alive long enough to establish a new lair and gain a foothold in a hostile land. Introducing new monsters, a curious new group member, and flashy new spells, this gamelit litRPG adventure follows Lucas as he writes his own story as the greatest villain the game world has ever known. "Another amazing chapter of the Heroic Villain story from Charles Dean. An enthralling story by an author who just keeps hitting homeruns!" (Dave Willmarth, writer of the Greystone Chronicles) This book is brought to you from the author of the litRPG series War Aeternus, The Bathrobe Knight, and The Merchant of Tiqpa.

The war is in full swing. Following the unprecedented outcome of the siege at Fort Yimin, both the Republic and the Empire are forced to drastically reevaluate their plans for the conflict. With matters on the western front more or less settled for the moment, the warring nations turn their attention toward the eastern theatre. Winter looms on the horizon, threatening to deadlock the region and put a temporary halt to hostilities. With both sides planning to deploy bold and unconventional strategies on top of committing vast resources, its anyones guess which of them will come out on top. Indeed, neither government is shying away from resorting to underhanded, questionable, or downright amoral means. The Gilded Hand has been stepping up their efforts to further Spymaster Edward Allens schemes. The Empires intelligence agency is also looking to field its most powerful enforcers in the coming battles. The Republics Foreign Intelligence Bureau is having a hard time keeping up, but they are not without their own dirty tricks. Rumors within the royal palace of the Horkensaft Kingdom to the east suggest that the dwarves and gnomes are on the verge of aiding the elven nation. Something that wouldnt have been made possible without the Republics deep coffers, and the less-than-reputable individuals that fill them. Boxxy T. Morningwood isnt one of those shady contributors. If anything, its been steadily draining the governments resources as it forces them to pay exorbitant fees to resolve issues that the monster itself creates. A trend it plans to keep following for as long as it can lie, cheat, and murder its way through life. Which, barring something ridiculous like divine intervention, is poised to be a very long time indeed. Content warning: Profanity, gore, violence, explicit adult content.

The Soundbooth Theater team for this production: Annie Ellicott - Narration; Jeff Hays - male characters, proofing, production supervision; Dalton Lynne - proofing, editing; Ivy Sherrard - proofing, editing; Griffin Malnar - editing, mastering.

Struggling to recover from his losses in Kirshtein, Lee is swept back into the fray when a dangerous new Herald sets her sights on him. Hell-bent on reshaping the world in her own image and with her own ideals, she is willing to commit even the most immoral acts in her pursuit of righteousness. At risk of losing everything he has worked so hard to create, Lee has to find a way to defend the weak against a madwoman whose deranged sense of justice has twisted the limits of the game. To make matters even more difficult, Lee is forced to face these problems while dealing with an increasingly erratic system he doesn't understand and the Goddess of Blood's own strong-willed Herald. This is the third installment of War Aeternus, a popular LitRPG gamelit book that focuses on the adventures of Lee, a regular office worker stuck in a game-like world.

Success beyond my wildest dreams? Too bad I wasn't able to fully enjoy it. No time to sit back and watch the fame roll in when you're being hunted by superpowereds and a private military force. Still, everything was going according to plan. Grace, Veronique, and I were headed south. Our target? The secret government facilities scattered across the country. The second installment of Mutants in the Making was nearing completion, ready to be published any day now. Things were tense, but all was well. I wish they would have stayed that way.... Soundbooth Theater is proud to have chosen Cherry Blossom Girls as our very first audio book to include the entire SBT cast! We hope you enjoy this Tour de Force, and we look forward to bringing you more like it! It's okay to have a few inner demons, right? Devon has a problem, and it's not just that her stealth skill is stuck at three. Though that is an issue when it comes to sneaking up on...well, anything. The real problem is that her former guildmate, Owen, is trapped in the demonic plane. Not just his in-game avatar. His mind is lost there too, leaving his real-life body in a coma. The only way to get him back, it seems, is to journey into the underworld and guide him back. Shouldn't be a big deal - as long as she doesn't mind transforming into a demon herself. Stonehaven League, Book 4 continues the saga! Are you ready for a new adventure? Jump in now!

Life in the swamp just got wilder....
"The Swamp Massacre." That's what the media dubbed it. A family on a boat tour through the Florida Everglades. Abducted by the infamous Roy family. Forced to endure hell.
Five years later, an aspiring filmmaker and her friends are keen on making a documentary about the incident and to venture into the isolated wilds of the Everglades in hopes of capturing footage that will stun the world silent. They're going to get their wish. Unfortunately.
This terrifying follow-up to the critically acclaimed Wildlife, Wildlife: Reckoning plunges us deeper into the darkest corners of the swamp...and reminds us that man is the deadliest animal of all.
Soundbooth Theater is proud to work together with Jeff Menapace once again to revisit a classic horror/thriller, originally narrated by Jeff Hays - Wildlife! This time, Annie Ellicott joins in to play the documentary filmmaker and protagonist, Stacey, and the adorably psychotic and horrifying Darla Roy! The Soundbooth Theater team for this production:
Jeff Hays - Narration, Music, Sound Design

Monsters. Mayhem. Toaster waffles? Devon Walker has had it rough lately. She kinda saved the game world - or, at least, earned the citizens of Aventalia a small respite from the demon attacks - but the wild magic she used had some devastating consequences, starting with a shattered landscape and the apparent vanishing of her settlement. Now, it's up to her to fix the problems, save her NPC friends, and lay plans to take the attack to the demon forces. The challenges are too big to face alone, and Devon will need the help of her guildmates and friends. Can she level up her social skills in time? Will she ever get her apartment in shape for houseguests? Does growing up mean the end of soggy microwave burritos and the appearance of crunch toaster waffles?

Riella Akema is a Pantherian, the rare child of a human and Therian. In her case, her father was an Elderfel, a cat-like humanoid that despises all other races, making her an abomination in their eyes.
The only reason shes still alive is because her mother sacrificed everything to buy her 18 years of safety in the magically protected forest of the elves.
But now that time has come to an end.
Her birthday present from the elves is her permanent exile. Riella must now face the outside world for the first time, along with the dangers and discrimination that come with it. However, unknown to her, the Elderfel have been waiting all this time for her to reappear. Her life means more to them than a simple mixing of the races. She is more than just an abomination.
Will her magic be enough to defend herself? Or will the Elderfel take her life and steal her soul along with it?
Really, I felt like I hadnt truly been living until now. And I wasnt about to go back to a life of solitude just to keep this body breathing, while my heart slowly withered away in loneliness. I needed to feel, to be alive, even if it did ultimately lead to an early death.
I looked up at him with renewed determination, only to realize he wasnt focused on me anymore, and his expression had changed drastically. He had a look in his eyes that I hadnt seen before, and I hoped to never see it directed at me.
I turned around, almost expecting him to be looking at the elf, only to see that all three of them were facing the other way too, swords halfway drawn. I gazed further on, trying to understand what was happening, finally seeing it for myself.

Devon has faced off with half-mad zombie frogmen, a demon war priestess, and a thousand-year-old curse. But can she survive another attempt to cook dinner? You know, sometimes it would be nice to catch a break. Devon, a professional gamer, has a settlement to grow into a city, a character she'd love to focus on leveling, and some kitchen cabinets that really need restocking. Unfortunately, the fate of the Relic Online game world is at stake, torn asunder by battling creator AIs. Demons rise through planar rifts, rampaging across the physical realm. The ancient city of Ishildar holds power that might turn the tide. If only Devon, the brave heroine chosen as the city's champion, could finish her epic quest line to gain control of the place. The in-game events would be challenge enough if she weren't confronted with disasters in the real world. After a horrifying mountain bike crash, Devon's friend, Tamara, needs her support. Emerson, a programmer from the gaming company, can't unravel the troubling actions of the demonic AI, Zaa, without Devon's help. And yeah, there's the little problem of a raid force of anarchist players coming to demolish Stonehaven, the only true home Devon has ever known. No problem, right?

Being the Chosen One is supposed to be awesome, right? Well, that's what most people assume. Most of them haven't tried it yet. Devon Walker really just wanted to power level and collect some loot along the way. But yeah. Things in Relic Online just haven't turned out like she'd hoped. Recently, she completed an epic quest line to reawaken ancient magic, but so far it's been anti-climactic. That would be sucky enough, but unless she figures something out, the game world - including her NPC friends who she believes are just alive as her human guildmates - is pretty much going to die in fire. Fortunately, being the Chosen One means she's still gotta fix things. So yeah, no pressure. The epic Stonehaven League saga continues with Throne of the Ancients. Buy now to listen!

A giant telepathic parrot with a rather foul mouth, a horde of smelly goblins, and a tyrannical demon priestess
Welcome to Devon Walkers new normal. During her first weeks in the deeply immersive VR game, Relic Online, shes hacked out a home from a choking jungle, gathered a tribe of loyal followers, and earned a wisp stalker who insists shes some kind of champion. But Relic Online isnt some wussy kids game, and there will be no easy-street cruising for Devon. Like a monk racking up combo points, the system opens a fresh offensive by crippling her most powerful ability. Following through, it strangles the village food supply, sends demons bursting through rifts in the Earth, and delivers a final, devastating throat punch by exploiting Devons worst fear. The players have discovered Devons home. Now everything changes.

Super powers. Super harem. Super awesome. Contains adult content. Seriously. Who in his right mind tells both his lawyer and the judge presiding over his murder trial F--k you! while still in the courtroom? No one, right? Yeah, you'd be wrong about that. I did. You'd say the same thing if you were just found guilty of a murder you didn't commit, though. Call me crazy for going off like that in court, but trust me, you don't know crazy until you see what happened next. I never believed in superheroes. I certainly didn't believe I'd become one, or that strategically forming a harem of hot chicas and getting down with them to unlock my superpowers would be the key to my survival. Did I say my survival? I meant the universe's. No, really.... That's exactly what happened when I was taken to a galaxy of supers, thrown into a prison ship full of villains, and told it was up to me to stop them all. Read on, friend, because it gets a whole hell of a lot crazier from here. Warning: This audiobook contains gratuitous violence and sex, harems, a hot foxlike chick, breasts galore, heads exploding, and ample blood. You might cringe, you will laugh, and hell, you might even cry. Soundbooth Theater presents: more super harem naughtiness! Jamie Hawke's steamy, action-packed adventure is now on audio with the full SBT cast treatment! Justin Thomas James leads yet another sexy bunch of superheroines voiced by the lovely Laurie Catherine Winkel and Annie Ellicott, while our vocal chameleon, Jeff Hays, plays the wise sage and the ultimate villain. Adjust your pants for another titillating aural joyride, and keep an eye out for more audiobooks from Jamie Hawke and Soundbooth Theater! Shifters, giants, hungry beasts, the undead, creatures of legend, flying terrors - you name it, New York City has it! Through the Monster Hunt app, Chase Knowles becomes the Alpha of two powerful Huntresses: one a half-dragon female fond of combat and banter, the other a cute warrior fond of reading spell books and wielding two killer blades. Their goal? Hunt these mythological creatures in the parks, rooftops, and back alleys of New York City; build a fighting party to compete in brawls and tournaments in the city and beyond; earn money; and try their damnedest not to get arrested. Warning: Monster Hunt NYC contains a light harem with monster girls, augmented reality, fantasy violence, a ton of action, and GameLit/LitRPG concepts. It was inspired by the Persona games, Pokemon Go!, and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.
