Most people don’t understand what CPTSD or PTSD is. They recognize PTSD as being a thing that happens only to veterans who have been put through wartime suffering. But what about other people who experience an extreme amount of trauma or experience a prolonged existence full of negative events? What conditions do they come out of the trauma with?
