Fernao is a firm believer that quotations are one of the most beautiful and wisest thing to be ever created. Think about it. You can read a whole chunky and thick book. In search of knowledge, you'll be more likely bombarded with a barrage of confusion. Everyone is telling you what to think and how to think. The beauty of these quotations is that they give you the space for exploration. Every single wise quote has no meaning, except for the one that you give it. There is no context, except to that of the listener (you). That is the beauty of quotes.

Hundreds of years ago, fitness wasn’t a term that existed. However, in today’s age of instant gratification, sugary food, fast food, and sitting on the crouch “Netflix-ing”, fitness is becoming a more and more urgent problem. When it comes to fitness, what most people do not understand is that 80 percent of the formula is mind-set, and only 20 percent is the mechanics/strategies. Look, losing weight and getting fit isn’t rocket science. The formula is as simple as eat less, move more. Why is it that something so simple is so highly disregarded in today’s society? Health and fitness are truly the cornerstones of our life. Imagine this: Health is number one. For every other thing that is important to you, add a zero behind the one...these are your Rolexes, mansions, Gucci shoes, LV bags, Lamborghinis, etc. You’ve now added enough zeroes, and you’re now a billionaire. Great! Now, take out the one, and what do you have now? Nothing left. Without the one thing that matters the most, your health that is, nothing else truly matters. Fitness quotes are more profound and powerful than most would imagine. Each quotes mean different things to different people with different experiences in life. This means that every single quote in this audiobook is unique. They truly are.

The greatest wave of communal living in American history crested in the tumultuous 1960s era including the early 1970s. To the fascination and amusement of more decorous citizens, hundreds of thousands of mostly young dreamers set out to build a new culture apart from the established society. Widely believed by the larger public to be sinks of drug-ridden sexual immorality, the communes both intrigued and repelled the American people. The intentional communities of the 1960s era were far more diverse than the stereotype of the hippie commune would suggest. A great many of them were religious in basis, stressing spiritual seeking and disciplined lifestyles. Others were founded on secular visions of a better society. Hundreds of them became so stable that they survive today. This book surveys the broad sweep of this great social yearning from the first portents of a new type of communitarianism in the early 1960s through the waning of the movement in the mid-1970s.

This audiobook challenges several longstanding notions about the American way of war. It examines US military practice (strategic and operational) from the War of Independence to the campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan to determine what patterns, if any, existed in the way Americans have used military force. Echevarria surveys all major US wars and most every small conflict in the country's military history. He argues that the popular notion that the American way of war is astrategic, apolitical, and obsessed with using overwhelming force is wrong. Rather, America's decisions to go to war and strategies in war have throughout history been shaped by political considerations, with both negative and positive results, and the amount of force employed was rarely overwhelming or decisive. Echevarria closes the gap between histories of strategic theory and the popular battle and campaign narratives that comprise the bulk of US military history. This book hopes to force a reexmination of the true characteristics of the American way of war with an eye toward implications for the future.
