My name is David Newman; I was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. I started bartending back in 2003 and took it as a profession; I was making around $3500 a month, and I was content. But things started to change once I started my family. I found myself helpless as we were trying to take care of our son's illness and was looking for a second and even a third job to make ends meet. During this time I met a well-dressed older couple. They came to our restaurant for some food and drinks, as we were just talking; I told them my situation, and they were very sympathetic, before leaving the gentleman left me a good tip and his business card and told me to call him the next day. Looking at the card, I noticed he was a real estate broker. I met him for lunch the next day, and he asked me if I would be interested in becoming a realtor part time. I found out I could become a licensed realtor for under $300 and in just three months. Long story short, I have been a realtor for last few years, and I have helped a few friends including my wife to become realtors. I do it full time now, and I made a little over $143,000 last year. I know if I could do this, anyone can. Just follow what I outlined in this book and you will be successful as long as you are dedicated, serious and committed to doing this. In this book you will learn: How you can do this part time How much money will you make Licensing requirements for all 50 states and Canada How much money do you need to get started How long it will take to become a real estate agent Where and how to take the course How to start you own real estate business How to market your new business both on and offline Five life-saving tips for all real estate agents

Nazi Germany is entering a dangerous period of its existence and a young German boy, Wolf Kruger, dreams of becoming a fighter ace in the feared Luftwaffe. His parents, however, have higher aspirations for their talented son and are beginning to voice concerns over Hitler and his increasingly frightening megalomania, something which ultimately costs them their lives. Meanwhile, in Great Britain, there is a single voice of reason, standing up to the rise of the Nazis and challenging the appeasement of the British government as they give in, time and again, to Hitler's demands. Winston Churchill warns against allowing the Fuhrer to get away with too much and urges others to make a stand. Little does Churchill and Kruger realize, but their lives are soon to become inextricably intertwined as the boy grows into a man, and the politician in the wilderness grows into one of the most formidable statesmen of the 20th Century. Packed with history, fighter pilots and intrigue, this is the first book in the fast-paced Epic War series, featuring the intellect and persona of Winston Churchill and a host of other memorable characters, including Madeline, Winston's headstrong niece who is a match for any man...or fighter pilot. The book has been re-edited. As Winston Churchill might have said in this case, "The author will do the right thing...eventually. And he was kind enough to light my cigar."

Bertrand Russell, despite his immense erudition, is an everyman and every-woman philosopher. He is clear, engaging, and readable. Although Russell did most of his early work (along with his mentor and colleague Alfred North Whitehead) in mathematics, he had an enormously wide range of interests - from politics to sex education for the young. The following two essays - "Mysticism and Logic" and "Mathematics and the Metaphysicians" - provide listeners with a glimpse into Russell's thinking and, in turn, illuminates us about these deep subjects. Even though Russell is a seasoned skeptic, he is not blind to how religious sentiments and emotions play a vital role in our day-to-day lives. This is perhaps best summarized by Russell when he writes "The metaphysical creed, I shall maintain, is a mistaken outcome of the emotion, although this emotion, as colouring and informing all other thoughts and feelings, is the inspirer of whatever is best in Man. Even the cautious and patient investigation of truth by science, which seems the very antithesis of the mystic's swift certainty, may be fostered and nourished by that very spirit of reverence in which mysticism lives and moves." Bertrand Russell remains a beacon of enlightenment for those wanting to better understand the universe through reason and logic and love.
