The Ultimate Liver Cleansing & Healing Diet

Summary

Look around you. Do you see a mirror? If yes, go stand in front of it. If no, please get one and stand in front of it. Now, what do you see? A beautiful or handsome personality, isn’t it? Well, that’s who you are, and that’s who you’re meant to be. You’ve been designed to be handsome, healthy, and happy. But unfortunately, just as it is typical of humanity, we use our hands to destroy the beautiful things that we’ve got, and that includes our bodies. The human body has over 79 organs. Of these, five are vital and essential for human survival. These are the heart, the brain, the liver, the kidneys, and the lungs. If any of these organs (and indeed all other organs) are harmed in some way, then the body functions will suffer a setback. This book discusses the liver and how to keep it in top form. Every single person has a liver, and this liver must be well taken care of. Your liver plays a critical and vital role in your health and in what your health will look like in two decades to come whether you’re experiencing any symptoms or not. The human liver takes charge of more than 500 chemical processes in the human body. Did you know that the liver is the heaviest organ in the body? Yes, it is! It is a very intelligent and delicate organ, and it works round the clock to keep your body in a good state. However, for your liver to perform at optimal levels, it needs your help. You must feed it with the right foods, supplements, and herbs to keep it in shape. As a plus, you must know the things to avoid so that you don’t subject your liver to unnecessary stress. That is the reason why this book is here. It is not just another cookbook. We’ve got thousands of cookbooks here. It is a book that explains in detail the physiology and pathology of the liver, and indeed the entire hepatic system, and also offers firsthand information on how to care for your liver and how not to handle the liver. But that’s not all.... This book gives detailed and very exciting information on the following areas: A comprehensive anatomy and physiology of the liver Hepatic metabolism - understanding the metabolic activities in your liver Your gallbladder - a good friend of your liver Pathological conditions that may affect your liver if you fail to take good care of it 20 breakfast recipes that keeps your liver in top form 27 shakes/smoothies recipes for your liver 16 snack recipes that boosts your liver health 13 soup recipes that keeps your liver young and healthy 12 healthy salad recipes for your liver 13 dessert recipes for a healthy liver So, like I said earlier, it is not just a cookbook. It is a guide for life! Without a healthy liver, the human body is more or less a walking corpse…not good, huh? The information contained in this book will transform your mind-set about your liver and what your body needs to recover from illnesses and chronic symptoms. Oh! And I nearly forgot to mention one shocking fact! A study by Asrani et al. (2019) titled Burden of Liver Diseases in the World (published in the Journal of Hepatology) has revealed that liver disease accounts for approximately two million deaths per year globally, a million due to complications of cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma, and a million due to viral hepatitis and hepatocellular carcinoma. We may as well say that 9 out of 10 people presently walking can boast of a stagnant, sluggish, sick, or toxic liver. Not funny at all. With this book, you literally have the truth. The information contained in it will help your liver to regain its health and work at physiological levels to prevent or help you recover from illnesses and symptoms. To your health!

Barbecue & Grills Cookout Recipe

Summary

Barbecuing and grilling! Is there really a difference? This is one question on the minds of many meat lovers. Barbecuing and grilling are two techniques that make some really amazing delicacies, but there’s a unique difference between them. But does the difference really matter? Well, every summer, holiday lovers migrate from their kitchens onto the deck for some grilling session, or maybe some barbecuing session. The thing is, we really don’t care if there’s a difference between both, so long as we get the meats and the juicy steaks nicely done! But here’s the truth...If you are a real and true outdoor chef, then knowing the difference really matters. Grilling is what everyone does in their backyard for dinner. It is also what most of us mean when we say “barbecue”. When you grill your foods, you are cooking it hot and fast (usually 500-550 degrees, or higher). Grilling is done over direct heat. Some foods that are great for grilling include meats like pork chops, steaks, hamburgers, and seafood. Some fruits and most vegetables also do well when grilled. When you grill food, you expose it to direct heat, with the flame directly below the meat. When you barbecue your foods, you’re cooking it low and slow. Barbecuing is great for cuts of meat like pork, ribs, beef brisket, whole turkeys, or chickens, and pork shoulder. These types of meats are somewhat tough, and need the low, slow heat that is typical of a barbecue. When you barbecue them, you get them good and tender. Unlike grilling, barbecuing is done over low heat, usually 225 degreesor below. Food may be barbecued for hours, or even all day long. Barbecuing is not done over direct heat. Heat source is from wood or charcoal. Different types of wood give off different smoky flavors that the meat can absorb. Now you’ve learnt enough haven’t you? Madison Hall’s barbecue and grills cookbook is a compendium of more than 60 mouthwatering barbecue and grills recipes, including vegan barbecue recipes. I want to teach you how to barbecue and grill all by yourself! Here’s a sneak-peek of what you’ll get in this audiobook: Sweet and savory chicken barbecue recipes Finger-licking Beef and Steak Barbecue Recipes Delicious Fish and Seafood Recipes  Yummy Lamb Barbecue Recipes Tasty Pork Barbecue Recipes Mouthwatering Vegan Barbecue Recipes Sounds yummy already doesn’t it? The 60 Day Fat Burning Cookbook

Summary

The concept of food is like Yin and Yang. Do you know Yin and Yang? Yin and Yang is a Chinese philosophy that describes how two seemingly opposite elements can actually be complementary or interdependent. Nature created food to be complementary so that balance can always be maintained. While some foods increase acidity, there are foods that help to neutralize acids. Some foods increase blood sugar while some naturally reduce blood sugar levels. There are foods that improve digestion just as there are foods like fiber that slow down digestion. If this balance wasn’t there naturally, many of us would be eating ourselves to death. The great thing is that just as there are foods that contribute to weight gain, there are some foods that naturally contain components that increase the rate at which your body burns fat. When you eat more of these foods, it literally turns your body into a fat-burning furnace because your body is forced to stop storing more fat and start burning the excess fats it had previously stored up. The key to fast and permanent weight loss is not starvation or slaving it out at the gym. Any fitness expert would tell you that weight loss is only 20 percent workout and 80 percent nutrition. The key to weight loss lies with what you eat and no, you don’t have to do all those crazy restrictive diets out there - don’t eat carbs, don’t eat fats, oh proteins are the enemy, don’t eat red meats...all of that is bullcrap really and sounds like being in nutritional prison. How long can you even do that for? Every macronutrient has its own unique benefit and contribution to your health and well-being so when they say don’t eat carbs or fats, they are asking you to eliminate all of the benefits that your body is supposed to get from that macronutrient which can expose your body to illnesses and diseases that may not be immediately visible. This is why no Doctor or Nutritionist would endorse any of those restrictive diets. You are supposed to eat a balanced diet at all times - as I said earlier, food is like yin and yang - everything is interconnected and works together. So rather than punishing yourself on a diet that may end up damaging your health, what you should be doing is eating more of thermogenic enhancers - those natural foods that are designed to speed up your metabolism and force your body to burn more fat. Weight loss is really that simple but they won’t tell you this because they want you to keep buying weight loss pills, teas, and gadgets so that they can make more profits. In this audiobook you’ll learn: What thermogenic enhancers are How thermogenic enhancers turn your body into a fat-burning furnace A list of foods that are strong thermogenic enhancers and how to easily incorporate them into your daily diet A 60-day fat-burning meal plan Over 80 fat-burning recipes.
