Throughout my life, I’ve struggled in dealing with anger issues. I can still remember moments in the past where my anger would take complete control of me and I would shout at my wife for silly reasons. I would spend thousands of dollars on therapies, medications, and so-called “experts”, and yet I still couldn’t get my anger under control. So the next day...I woke up like a man on a mission. I looked at all the research I could find that could help me deal with my anger issues. Panic Attacks

Summary

If you really want to break free from panic attacks and improve your life forever, then keep listening.... There is a large variety of signs that a person should watch out for in terms of determining whether or not they are dealing with a panic attack to some degree, which can be broken down into several categories. The several categories that each provide some indicators into what exactly constitutes as a panic attack as a whole, are the physical causes that can help to determine signs of a person enduring a full-fledged panic attack, the mental causes that can provide indicators into whether a person is dealing with a panic attack or not as well the emotional causes for some kind of a panic attack along with the perceptual, or in other words, the causes that are linked to your vision along with the other prominent senses such as your ability to taste, touch, smell, and hear.  To begin, I shall elaborate first on the physical signs that you should watch out for, such as noticing that your body is throttling rather profusely and that multiple parts of your body or a particular area of the body are shaking, along with the sensation that the entire room or area that you currently are in is spinning rapidly which is akin to you feeling incredibly dizzy and having pounding agony within your head. This same pounding agony that occurs within your head also attributes to the other kind of discomfort that can occur within your own head, which leads you to feel quite woozy as well as exhausted. Moreover, it is not just the head where physical manifestations of a panic attack can emerge for bodily liquids are also commonly excreted during the course of a panic attack which assumes the form of perspirations pouring down the length of your body, and the heart muscle also gives some decent pointers as to when you are in fact experiencing a panic attack as well. Within the region of your heart, you might begin to notice, for instance, that your heartbeat is soaring to swift beats per minute, the feeling that you are not getting enough air to breathe normally, and that you are undergoing a potentially harmful ailment of the cardiovascular muscle which is known as the heart attack, while also coming to the conclusion that your body has reached the point where it is now starting to decline and that you shall meet your untimely and sudden demise as a consequence. This book covers the following topics: Panic attacks come to tell you something. Stop thinking you're abnormal. You are the cure. Stop fearing these situations and feelings (breathing exercises and positive thinking, doing what we like, welcoming the panic attack). Stop being so hard on yourself. Sweetness and acceptance help your soul. Stop fearing that it will last forever. Understanding anxiety Mindfulness Moving forward Clear thinking Emotional relief Evaluating your thoughts and feelings Living a happy life And much more What are you waiting for? Don’t wait anymore.
