Master Your Thinking

Summary

Can you describe yourself as someone struggling to find the good spin on things? Do you want to be a "glass half full" type of person, but always feel stuck in that "half empty" mindset? And carry on... Do you want to be someone who can still see the silver lining of life, but fail in situations that account for the happiness? If any of these things relate to you at all, you may very well be somebody who is dealing with positive thinking. Simply put, rational thought is the practice of looking at the facts of a situation and relating yourself objectively to it, rather than allowing yourself to be motivated by feelings. As such, whether you find yourself to be an empathic person or someone who is really sensitive, you are far more likely to suffer from the above mentioned problems. Not only that but being an intuition also makes getting out of those problematic situations and ways of thinking more complicated. Listening to this audiobook will help you understand the universe around you and its nuances better, without slipping into a vortex of depression. The sort of cynicism is going to get you nowhere. The audiobook is a transformational guide. Your views derive from your attitudes, behaviors, and social view. That may, sadly, hurt you rather than benefit you. The audiobook looks profoundly into how people tend to think, what exactly can they subtly re-frame their thoughts to feel confident, strong, satisfied, and in control of their own lives. The decision to learn more is up to you. As with all things, it is up to you, to decide what's right for you, yourself, your well-being and your future. The things you see if you should listen further-they all come into play either now in your life, or in the near future. Healthy thought or lack of it impacts us every day of our lives, and just avoiding it would be neglecting our own well-being and potential. If you want to know more about this, then simply buy this audiobook now to get started!

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Summary

Are you looking for a new method for accepting yourself? Then keep reading... It is normal for people to suffer. However, suffering is not just about physical or psychological pain. People also suffer from difficult self-assessments, uncomfortable feelings, and painful memories. Because we dread or worry about suffering, we do everything to avoid them. We want to minimize our suffering. Many of us give importance to feeling better. But a good life is a lot more than just the absence of suffering. We want to live a good life and we want to make the best of our short stay on this planet.   Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) is focused on the problem of human suffering, but also beyond that. It is also about understanding human suffering as an important factor in realizing a good life. This new form of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is focused on important questions such as “What is my real purpose in life?”   Many of us have all the things that some people are happy to have. But still, many of us are still miserable.   We still hear stories about billionaires on their prime committing suicide. There are celebrities who have already achieved wealth and fame but still sulk in the corner then drink alcohol or take drugs. It seems that our lives naturally come with suffering.   Physical pain has distinct psychological (mind) and physiological (body) components that manifest response and stimulus. The biological aspect of pain refers to the signal that is transmitted to our brain so we are aware that something is wrong.   The resolve to recover from chronic pain is distinct between the actual pain and suffering. It is also then focused on achieving comfort. While we cannot avoid pain, we can surely do something about our response to suffering, pretty much like how we can respond to anger.   If you want to know more about this, then simply buy now to get started!

Borderline Personality Disorder

Summary

Would you like to know what BPD is? Then keep reading... BPD is also referred to as biosocial disorder among experts. This means that this disorder often starts with an inclination towards biological factors but is then intensified by the social environment of an individual. By temperament, the people with BPD often are intensely emotionally sensitive and very reactive. This is because they tend to feel things immediately and intensely as opposed to other people. Once their powerful and intense emotions have been triggered, it takes them a very long duration to get back to the emotional baseline. It is important to note that when these emotionally vulnerable people are confronted by their surroundings because they cannot validate their feelings, they develop BPD. In other words, they feel as though the people around them do not fully understand and acknowledge them as they are enough to help them handle their condition. In most cases, children who develop BPD have been shown to suffer abuse and neglect. Additionally, BPD also arises in children whose parents or guardians - well-meaning and loving - reduce their emotional feelings too much because they think that they are inappropriate or exaggerated.  What you will note about people with BPD is that they are often overwhelmed by feelings of intense anger, emptiness, self-loathing, shame, and abandonment among others. It is these kinds of feelings that causes their relationships to be quite unstable - hence causing them to be prone to interpreting things negatively. Do you want to learn more? Don’t wait anymore!
